1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NovaMind Academy website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on NovaMind Academy's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by NovaMind Academy at any time.

3. Educational Services

Program Enrollment

Enrollment in our educational programs constitutes acceptance of our educational policies and procedures. Students are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions and complete assignments
• Respect instructors and fellow students
• Comply with academic integrity standards
• Make payments according to agreed terms

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students may cancel enrollment up to 14 days before the program start date for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may be subject to cancellation fees. Refunds for ongoing programs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NovaMind Academy and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original work created during programs. However, NovaMind Academy may use anonymized student work for educational and promotional purposes with appropriate consent.

6. User Content

Our service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

In no case shall NovaMind Academy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our service.
